Friends of Cancer Patients is a non-profit organisation, founded in 1999 under the directives and patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Wife of the Ruler of Sharjah-UAE, licenced by the Ministry of Community development.
Friends of Cancer Patients has three main objectives: providing access for treatment and care for cancer patients and their families, engaging with the community to establish effective awareness, early detection and screening programs about early detectable cancers and working with local, regional and international partners to advocate better cancer policies and promoting global best practices.
